1Are NewBuilt Ambassador™ Real Estate Agents?
All our NewBuilt Ambassador™ are licensed real estate agents in their perspective markets. They are highly trained and specialized in New Construction Homes sales, contracts, negations, and have extensive relationships with builder representatives in their assigned area.
2What does my NewBuilt Ambassador™ do?
Your NewBuilt Ambassador™ will be your main point of contact for all things real estate and be responsible for your entire transaction from point A to Z. They will research and identify specific communities and builders which meet your criteria. They will then reach out to builders to get updated pricing, availability, and any current promotions or incentives. They will generate a detailed list tailored to you and set-up private tours. Once the right community, builder, and home is identified, your NewBuilt Ambassador™ will then negotiate to secure the best deal and incentives for you. Need to sell your home too? They’re there to help! Along the way they are there to answer questions, coordinate movers, cleanings, chauffer services, virtual tours, inspections, and more. 3Will I always have the same NewBuilt Ambassador™?
Yes! Once you’ve been paired with your NewBuilt Ambassador™ they will always be your main point of contact. You will also be assigned a Client Service Manager to assist you in the event your NewBuilt Ambassador™ is on a call or unavailable.
4Can my NewBuilt Ambassador™ help me buy an older or pre-existing home?
Sure! While NewBuilt.RealEstate™ specializes in new construction home sales your NewBuilt Ambassador™ is a licensed real estate agent in your perspective market and can definitely help with any pre-existing home questions or showings you may have.
5Will my NewBuilt Ambassador™ help me buy and sell help my home?
Your NewBuilt Ambassador™ will always be the same person and main point of contact. Our agents are highly specialized in their respective roles so it is likely your NewBuilt Ambassador™ will work with one of our listing coordinators to ensure both sides are taken care of.
CALLS AND CONSULTATIONS
1When can I schedule a call?

2How long do calls or consultations last?
Typically calls are over zoom and last about 15 mins. You can schedule a call with your NewBuilt Ambassador™ HERE
3Why do I need to schedule a call or consultation?
As a boutique agency our main focus is you. The objective of the first call or consultation is to learn more about you and determine how we can best serve you. The call typically consists of us answering any of your general real estate and financing questions as well questions about our process, expectations, specific builders, communities, or promotions. 4Are calls or consultations free?
Of course! Our calls are 100% free and come with absolutely no obligations or commitment. The NewBuilt.RealEstate™ process is a bit different. We tailor our services to each individuals wants and needs. To best serve you, we suggest scheduling a call with one of our NewBuilt Ambassador™ first. 5Do I have to sign a anything?
If you decide to work with one of our NewBuilt Ambassadors™, you’ll be asked to sign a Buyers Representation Agreement to grant your NewBuilt Ambassador permission to represent you in the transaction with a builder.

Unlike traditional real estate agencies, NewBuilt.RealEstate™ focuses on pairing buyers with the right builder. NewBuilt.RealEstate™ introduces buyers to builders- not addresses. Instead of touring homes with an existing address- buyers tour builder model homes, pick a builder, build, and then get a NEW address. NewBuilt.RealEstate™ knows not all real estate agents are the same. Like attorneys, agents specialize in certain felids to represent their clients to the best of their abilities. Your NewBuilt Ambassador™ is highly trained and specialized in New Construction Homes sales, contracts, negations, and have extensive relationships with builder representatives in their assigned area.
2What is the NewBuilt.RealEstate™ process?
Our process is simple- Meet with your NewBuilt Ambassador™, Tour model homes, Pick a builder and a home, Lastly Close and Move-In! Behind the scenes- after your call, Your NewBuilt Ambassador™ will research and identify specific communities and builders who meet your criteria. They will then reach out to builder reps and get updated pricing, availability, and any current promotions or incentives. They’ll generate a detailed list tailored just for you, answer questions, and set-up private tours. Once the right community, builder, and home is identified, your NewBuilt Ambassador™ will then negotiate to secure the best deal and incentives. 3 Can you just send me a list of homes and builders?
Unfortunately, we cannot. We tailor our services to each individuals wants and needs. One of the challenges when looking to purchase a new construction home is availability and pricing, as pricing can change on a weekly basis. What sets us apart from the competition is our process, experience, training, and builder relationships. 4Can I buy an older or pre-existing home?
Sure! While NewBuilt.RealEstate™ specializes in new construction home sales your NewBuilt Ambassador™ is a licensed real estate agent in your perspective market and can defiantly help with any pre-existing home questions or showings you may have.
5I already have a real estate agent; can you still help me?
Unfortunately, since all our NewBuilt Ambassador™ are licensed real estate agents, licensing laws do not allow us to interfere with your current representation agreement.
6Do you offer financing?

7How do virtual tours & appointments work?
We coordinate a time that works best for you, either on zoom or facetime. We will walk through the home for you showing you details along the way. If you prefer, we can make a video and send it to you to watch later. The idea is to ease the home search process we can do that too. BUILDERS & THE BUILDING PROCESS
1Who is the best home builder?
Each builder has their own style. One may meet your desired needs better than another. Some builders are great at building a modern home, others excel at building a farmhouse or even a cabin in the woods. It is a matter of identifying your goals and needs and finding the one builder that can build what you want.
2Are all new home builders the same?
Absolutely not! Some builders only build certain floor plans in specific areas. Others focus on special features and full customization. Then there’s all the builder’s in between that tend to have a mix of both standard features and custom. Some builders build over 500 homes a year, others build as little as 5 to 20. Whether the builder is established or new , we will find THE best builder that fits your needs.
3Are new construction homes more expensive?
New construction homes are built using the newest technology and materials. In addition, builders tend to offer warranties to protect your investment. 4How long does it take to build a NEW construction home?
If you are planning to build from the ground up, that can take anywhere from 8 months to over a year depending on the size of the home and your requirements. Purchasing an inventory or spec home can significantly reduce the time.
5How long does the whole process take?
It all depends on your situation. If you are planning to build from the ground up, it can take anywhere from 8 months to over a year depending on the size of the home and your requirements. But let’s say you were looking to purchase a home in cash and selected an inventory home; you could be in your new home in as little as 7 days.
6What is an inventory or spec home?
Inventory or Spec homes are finished, move-in ready homes or homes which have already begun construction and cannot be changed-such as colors, floors, and cabinets.
SELLING
1I need to Sell my home, can NewBuilt.RealEstate help?
Of course! Your NewBuilt Ambassador™ will work with you to explore your options and tailor a plan that is right for you. Our NewBuilt Partner™ program allows us to offer different selling options. Whether it be a traditional listing, buying before selling, investor cash offers, or a home trade in program- we offer the right option for you. Learn more about our listing services HERE.
2What happens if my home doesn’t sell?
While we guaranteed an offer on your property. If you choose not to sell your home- you pay us $0.00.
3What is my home worth?

FEES AND COMMISSIONS
1How much do you charge for your services?
Our services are 100% free to Buyers. We secure a commission directly from the builder or seller. For Sellers- as each situation is different, we offer various packages with different services. Depending on your needs we offer everything from professional photography, professional house cleaning, storage, and yard maintenance. Learn more about our listing fees HERE.
2What is the average Listing Fee?
On average, a listing agent charges the seller a 6% commission fee, 3% of which is paid to the buyer’s agent. Homeowners rely on the lisitng agents to drive up the home’s price, market, and help the home sell quickly. Depending on the local markets, listing fees can climb as high as 10%! 3What if the builder does not agree to pay a commission?
You pay us $0.00. If we cannot secure a commission from your builder, our buyer services are still 100% free to you.
4Do you offer buyer rebates?
No, we do not. We are a full-service agency with various services in addition to our real estate services. NewBuilt Ambassadors™ are highly trained and specialized in New Construction Homes sales, contracts, transaction management, and negotiations. What sets NewBuilt.RealEstate™ apart from the competition is our service, process, experience, training, and builder relationships. Rebates are however offered through our NewBuilt Partner™ program.
5Do you offer discounts on listings or when selling?
