The NewBuilt.RealEstate process is quite unique. We tailor our services to each individuals wants and needs. We help home buyers who are looking to purchase a new construction or new built home. One of the challenges when looking to purchase a new construction home is availability and pricing can change on a weekly basis. What sets us apart from the competition is our process, experience, training, and builder relationships. After a client meets with a New Built Agent and identifies their goals, their New Built Agent will research and identify specific communities and builders who meet their buyers wants and needs. They will then reach out to builder reps and get updated pricing, availability, and any current promotions or incentives. They’ll generate a detailed list tailored just for the buyer, answer questions, and set-up private tours. Once the right community, builder, and home is identified, the New Built Agent will then negotiate to secure the best deal and incentives.

o Our services at 100% free to buyers. Our company works to secure a commission directly from the builder. For Sellers- as each situation is different, we offer various packages with different services. Depending on your needs we offer everything from professional photography, professional house cleaning, storage, and yard maintenance. You can find our pricing HERE.
6What if the builder does not agree to pay a commission?
You pay $0. If we cannot secure a commission from the builder, then our services are free to you!

All our New Build Ambassadors are licensed real estate agents but are trained in New Construction Homes sales and have extensive relationships with builder representatives in their assigned area.
9Do you give/offer/pay buyer rebates?
No, we do not. We are a full-service agency, in addition to traditional real estate services and various other services. We specialize in new build construction homes, transaction management and negotiations. What sets us apart from the competition is our process, experience, training, and builder relationships.
10Do you offer discounts on listings or when selling?
Currently we offer a 0.5% rebate when you buy and sell a home with NewBuilt.RealEstate with 12 months but have seasonal promotions that vary.
11Do you sell older/pre-existing homes?
NewBuilt.RealEstate focuses on new construction homes and exclusively sells new homes. Our parent company, Your Real Estate Experience Group, focuses on existing home sales and can defiantly help with any pre-existing home questions or showing you may have.

25Will I always have the same New Build Ambassador?
Yes! Once you’ve been paired with your New Build Ambassador, they will always be your main point of contact but will also have a Client Service Manager to assist with any other details.
26Will the same agent helping me sell also help me buy?
Our agents are highly specialized so it is likely your buying agent may be different than your selling agent. However, your Client Services Manager will always be the same person. Both agents will work together to coordinate a smooth transition and communicate regularly along the way.

Though we don’t pay for movers- we do coordinate your transition and assist you in making your move as easy as possible.

We know it’s annoying to get millions of marketing emails. When you’re shopping for a new home, you’ll likely have to give your email out serval times. Rather than giving out your personal email to marketers, we will issue you a custom email with your name to use until closing. That was you can subscribe to all the marketing emails you want and stop them when you’ve found the right place to call home!

33What other services do you provide?
Aside from a full-service real estate agent, we provide you with a Success Manager to coordinate mover, cleanings, chauffer services, virtual tours, inspections, and more.
34How do Chauffer Services work?
Once we’ve scheduled your home tours, we want you to relax. We’ll send a local car service to pick you up and transport you from home tour to home tour at no cost to you.
35How do Virtual Tours & Appointments work?
We will either coordinate a time that works best for you hop on a zoom call or facetime while we walk through the homes for you. If you prefer, we make a video and send it to you to watch later we can do that too.
36Are new construction homes more expensive?
New construction homes are built using the newest technology and designs, in addition- all Texas builders must offer a 10-year structural warranty to protect your investment. As a result, you tend to pay a premium for these features compared to older comparable homes.
37Which is the best builder?
Each builder has their own way of doing things and one may be better for your desired need- it is a matter of identifying them and working with the builder that can give you what you want.
38I already have a Realtor, can you still help me?
Unfortunately, licensing laws do not allow us to interfere with your current representation agreement.
