NewBuilt.RealEstate provides a simpler way for buyers to find newly constructed homes and builders in their desired location. Built on relationships and powered by technology, NewBuilt.RealEstate empowers buyers with the resources, education, and knowledge to make the right investment for their families at the right price, in the right neighborhood, with the right builder.

The NewBuilt.RealEstate process is quite unique. We tailor our services to each individual's wants and needs. We help home buyers who are looking to purchase a new construction or new built home. One of the challenges when looking to purchase a new construction home is availability and pricing can change on a weekly basis. What sets us apart from the competition is our process, experience, training, and builder relationships. After a client meets with a New Built Agent and identifies their goals, their New Built Agent will research and identify specific communities and builders who meet their buyers' wants and needs. They will then reach out to builder reps and get updated pricing, availability, and any current promotions or incentives. They’ll generate a detailed list tailored just for the buyer, answer questions, and set-up private tours. Once the right community, builder, and home is identified, the New Built Agent will then negotiate to secure the best deal and incentives.

Typically calls are over zoom and last about 15 min and can be scheduled as late as 8PM CST depending on availability that day. During the call buyers are able to get their questions answered as well as get a chance to meet the people behind the screen.
Robert Navarro Jr,

A native born Texan, is recognized as a new home construction authority and for his unparalleled customer service, entrepreneurial skills, and ‘client first mentality’. As the Designated Broker of NewBuilt.RealEstate, he is accustomed to working in fast paced business environments, paired with his interpersonal and technical skills, he has become known for taking impossible dreams and making them a reality. Leveraging personal builder relationships, industry education, and sharpened negotiation skills, Roberto has streamlined the way buyers find and secure the perfect home with the right builder at the price. Roberto currently serves buyers and sellers alike but specializes in buyer representation with proven experience in New Construction Sales.

Raised learning the value of education, hard work, ethical behavior, and the importance of faith and family; Roberto looks forward to helping shape the future of his community. Outside of real estate, Roberto is known for his sense of humor and outgoing personality.

Born in El Paso, he currently calls DFW home with his girlfriend Katelyn and dog Ashbee but is no stranger to spontaneous trips and the occasional karaoke night.

New Home Construction (NHC) Certified
Agents are certified on product and transaction knowledge to guide buyer-clients through the steps for the purchase, construction, and customization of a new home. They are trained to interact with new-home builders and sales representatives to protect clients’ interests while developing productive business relationships.
Builder Relationships
It not always what you know, it’s who you know! We focus on building vested relationships with builder representatives, many who we know by name, which allow us to secure the best deals and outcomes for our clients.
Accredited Buyer Representatives® (ABR)
Agents are trained and certified to represent buyers at every stage of the home-buying process and protect clients’ better interests.
Residential Construction Certified™ (RCC)
Our agents are trained in construction materials, methods, terminology, systems, and designs in residential construction.
Nations Association of Home Builders® (NAHB)
As members of the Nations Builders Association, we work with most builders and have access to special training and exclusive builder events to bring more value to our clients.
Licensed Real Estate Agents
Like all New Construction REALTOR®’s, real estate agents are licensed to sell real estate in their perspective state.
Pre-Existing Homes Sales Training
Most real estate agents are only trained to sell Pre-Existing Homes and most state licensing courses and certifications focus on pre-existing home sales lacking new home construction training and knowledge.
