A portion of the fee goes to cover marketing, technology, advertising, and other overhead expenses associated with selling a home. In the end, an agent may end up earning a 1-1.5% commission for their time and effort.

2What is the average Listing Fee?

On average, a listing agent charges the seller a 6% commission fee, 3% of which is paid to the buyer’s agent.
